Improvements Hourly Rates
COR’s new Hourly Rates feature allows you to manage hourly rates in a flexible way, assigning customized rates to your clients and projects. Improvements Feedback

With COR’s new functionality, you will be able to accurately manage and differentiate the hours dedicated to billable and non-billable projects, both for clients and for specific projects. This will allow you to have full control over your agency’s profitability, ensuring that your productive hours are being charged correctly.

  1. Non-Billable Clients: When you create a client in COR, you can select the “non-billable” option. This will prevent any projects associated with this client from being considered billable, which helps you keep a clear record of hours that are not being billed.

     

  2. Billable Clients: If a client is billable, you will be able to create projects within their profile with the option to assign billable or non-billable hours to them. This is useful for identifying which hours spent on campaign preparation or brainstorming activities might not be billable, but still need to be recorded for a full profitability analysis.

     

  3. Transform Non-Billable Projects into Billable: If you have projects that were initially non-billable, you can edit them to count as billable hours, ensuring that all effort invested in new business opportunities is properly accounted for.
  • Total Control over Hours: Having clear visibility of billable and non-billable hours will allow you to make informed decisions to maximize your profitability.
  • Price Optimization: Analyze which hours are not being billed to adjust prices or redefine processes in your agency.
  • Complete Tracking: All project activity (hour status changes, assignments, etc.) is recorded in the project history for detailed tracking and easy access.

New Feature Feedback
COR’s new Feedback feature is designed to simplify the review process by centralizing all customer and team feedback in one place. This will allow you to have greater transparency, control and agility in the delivery of your projects, improving the quality of your deliverables.
  1. Comment Centralization: Now you can leave comments directly on files, whether they are PDFs, videos or images. Use markup tools such as arrows, shapes and colors to point out specific areas and make clear and precise comments.
  2. Enhanced Interaction: Add comments on specific points in a file with pointers that allow you to point directly to what needs to be corrected, whether it’s a detail in a design or a modification in a text. Plus, you can add emojis to give feedback a more personal touch.
  3. Version management: If you need to upload a new version of a file with corrections, you will be able to do so easily and see the history of all the versions of the project, allowing you to keep a complete record of the changes made.
  4. Review Agility: The tool eliminates wasted time on back-and-forth communications, providing a fast and efficient way to review and approve deliverables. No longer will you have to deal with endless emails or confusion over scattered comments.
  5. Full Traceability: All changes and comments are recorded in the project history, ensuring full traceability of corrections, allowing both your team and clients to clearly track what has been corrected and approved.

New Feature Break Time

This feature works the same as the working time configuration, meaning it can be set both at the company and user levels, with the user’s setting overriding the company’s.

For existing companies, no default break time will be configured, so you can adjust it 1:1 with your clients.

For new companies created after the feature’s production release, a default working time of 9 AM to 6 PM, with a 1-hour break, will be assigned. This is fully configurable and editable.

Our value proposition: giving our users 100% real-time visibility into their resource availability.

With this functionality, users can track vacation time, subtracting it from their available capacity. This helps with task management, assignment, visibility of overwork, anticipating the need for new or additional resources, logging non-billable hours, and more.
New Feature COR Lock

This feature allows you to block access to COR for users who don't log a minimum percentage of hours.

This percentage will be defined by the agency along with the frequency, date, and roles to be controlled through this functionality.
This feature frees up operational overhead by automating the healthy logging of hours through the platform.

Users who haven’t logged hours will be prompted to do so 24 or 48 hours before COR functionality is restricted (depending on the selected frequency).

They can choose to regularize their logs via the time tracking button or skip this step.

If, by the date set by the company, the selected roles have logged fewer hours than the minimum required, COR access will be blocked.

With this new module, you can automate time tracking for all events in your calendar, including non-recurring ones.

Select the parameters by which you want to track events, and you’ll see those events automatically marked in your calendar.
View Redesign Customizable Task Boards

This view allows you to create your own customized boards, where you can group tasks based on multiple filters that align with your operation.

Choose your own filters to quickly and easily sort and group tasks. Users can see the tasks where they are assigned as Project Manager, Collaborator, or Follower.
These boards are dynamic and can be saved, edited, and deleted.

Improvements Rework Tracking

These improvements provide greater visibility into rework details:

  • Rework Classification: Identify whether deviations stem from client requests or internal rework.
  • Setting deadlines.
  • Ability to attach files to rework (up to 10).
  • Update the task deadline to match the rework deadline (checkbox).
  • Edit the last rework created (deadline, collaborators, description, and attached files).
  • Assign responsibility for rework.
  • View consolidated history.
  • Attach files to the rework.
  • Output visualization: See in Dashboards>Deviations the time spent on rework and for which task/client the rework was done. Evaluate whether it’s necessary to renegotiate rates with the client for corrections and changes.

This allows us to provide better insights and more granular details on deviations.
